Reading is a great way to gain knowledge and give your brain a workout! If you're looking for a peaceful yet social way to read, come to the Silent Book Club on the first Monday of every month from 6:00-7:30 PM.

This 1-Hour presentation will go over the creation of "The Living Room" which is a free mental health service found in Flossmoor. Tips and tricks will also be discussed on how to self regulate anxiety/panic.
